The upper bunk beds had very small fans, which did not provide enough air circulation. This became an issue, especially during the hot summer nights.

Wifi signal was weak.

The staff, especially Vamsi, are incredibly kind and knowledgeable about the city. The hostel has various spaces furnished differently, providing a range of atmospheres for relaxation, work, and socializing. The common areas are well-maintained and cleaned regularly. The fully equipped kitchen and communal fridge are convenient for cooking and storing food. The first-floor lounge offers a peaceful view of the greenery outside. The dorms are quiet, allowing for a restful sleep.

The bathroom in the dorms is a bit small and dark.

The staff were incredible, always ready to help with any request. They even gave a Christmas gift to all guests. The hostel was spacious and clean, with a different breakfast available every morning. The common areas were a great place to meet other travelers and socialize. Another advantage was that payment could be made by credit/debit card, which was convenient.
